Within the framework of the Erasmus+ MOCHILA Project<\/strong>, a series of training workshops<\/strong> were held for the academic community during the week of March 16\u201320<\/strong>, at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These training activities aimed to strengthen institutional capacities related to the design, implementation, and quality assurance of micro-credentials<\/strong> in higher education, promoting the exchange of experiences and knowledge among international experts and regional participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following workshops were delivered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 The European approach to micro-credentials: key initiatives and lessons learned<\/em>
\n\u2013 Micro-credentials for professional development in lifelong learning<\/em>
\n\u2013 Criteria and guidelines for micro-credentials: quality assurance<\/em>
\n\u2013 Institutional transformation for educational innovation: the case of micro-credentials<\/em>
\n\u2013 From idea to action: institutional pathways for the implementation of micro-credentials<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These sessions provided a comprehensive perspective on micro-credentials, addressing pedagogical, technological, and organizational aspects, as well as their connection to lifelong learning and the needs of the professional environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implementation of these workshops reaffirms the commitment of the MOCHILA Project<\/strong> to strengthening capacities in higher education institutions across Latin America and the Caribbean, promoting the adoption of innovative certification and training models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
