MOCHILA Project Training Session Held at Tecnológico de Monterrey

As part of the Erasmus+ MOCHILA Project, a key regional training session took place on January 26 and 27, 2026, at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, bringing together academic, technical, and administrative teams from partner institutions across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Throughout the event, specialized workshops were led by international experts, aimed at strengthening institutional capacities for the design, issuance, and quality assurance of digital micro-credentials, aligned with global standards and adapted to regional contexts.

The workshops included:

🧩 How to issue a micro-credential? Analysis of international standards and issuing platforms
📍 Facilitators: César Lozano Díaz and Juan Carlos Martínez

This training session reaffirmed the MOCHILA Project’s commitment to building capacity within higher education institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean, promoting flexible, transparent certification models aligned with lifelong learning objectives.
