MOCHILA participation in the “The Challenged University” Summit

On March 18, at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile (Santiago, Chile), representatives from the partner universities of the MOCHILA Project delivered several presentations to showcase the results achieved within the project.

Key contributions included presentations on Micro-credentials and Artificial Intelligence by Dr. Carlos Delgado Kloos and Dr. Carlos Alario-Hoyos from Universidad Carlos III of Madrid. Project partners also participated in the panel “Experiences in the Implementation of Micro-credentials”, sharing practical insights and institutional experiences.

In addition, Dr. Miguel Morales from Universidad Galileo presented on Latin American experiences related to micro-credentials, while Dr. Oscar Jerez highlighted the work being carried out at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile, focusing on innovations in micro-credentials and the adaptation of artificial intelligence in educational contexts.

This participation contributed to strengthening the visibility of the project and fostering academic dialogue on the role of micro-credentials and artificial intelligence in the transformation of higher education.
